Since early 2002 Glenn Sanford has been actively involved in the online real estate space. In early 2007 Mr. Sanford launched BuyerTours Realty LLC as an online real estate company. This year, 2008, BuyerTours Realty will be responsible for the sale of approximately 100 million dollars in residential real estate sales with over 90% of those sales coming from clients developed online and those clients almost exclusively sourced from organic search engine traffic.
From 2005 - 2007 Glenn Sanford consulted to Keller Williams International in the areas of online client acquisition, client conversion, and technology as well as being a significant contributor to Keller Williams Internet Masterminds. Mr. Sanford has also been a featured panelist and presenter at Keller Williams International Events in both Austin Texas and Las Vegas Nevada.
Prior to real estate, Mr. Sanford was actively involved with a number of technology related companies. In 1998 Mr. Sanford founded eShippers.com, an online e-commerce and logistics company which was subsequently sold to a public company where Mr. Sanford continued to work as President through September 2001.

Michael has been a Realtor since 2001. A Bellingham area resident since 1974, he knows this area very well.
Michael thinks of himself as recovering from Multiple Sclerosis which left him unable to continue within his former career as a nationally recognized teacher of Thai Massage. He led 8 tours to Thailand during his massage career.
Michael’s enthusiasm and genuine concern for the buyers and sellers he encounters as a real estate professional is only surpassed by his energy and positive attitude. He is an inspiration to others and a very welcome addition to our team.
Michael has studied web design at Skagit Valley College and has been able to get good placement for his website, but not as good as the Working the Magic team was able to get for BuyerTours Realty in Bellingham. He joined them to be able to take advantage of the lead flow genertated by WTM for BuyerTours Realty. Being a working Realtor and knowing the benefits of great SEO, and having a working knowledge of SEO, makes Michael a good fit for the sales team at WTM. |
